Located in Spokane, Washington, DanReDev LLC's pilot project refined the design for our kit-of-parts concept and validated the use of modern modular construction techniques. Modules were built in a climate-controlled factory and delivered by truck to the site with the interiors fully completed. The modules were set in place by crane over four days, followed by the completion of subsequent site work.
Why Modular Construction?
Project Zero was designed from the ground up as a modular project, serving as a pilot to optimize the use of LEAN/Six Sigma manufacturing methodologies to deliver workforce housing at scale.
